I’ve loved and taught surface design on fabric for over 15 years, and concurrently run a landscape design business, Acadian Design.  My areas of interest are focused on the basics of good design: composition, form, line, shape, concept, scale, contrast and COLOR!

From textiles I have traveled through Quilts and mixed media textile wall pieces.   I expanded my interests in repeat patterns and began to Carve Rubber Stamps. This led me to paper and a small-scale format, MailArt, Faux Postage, Artist Trading Cards and Art’Zines. Many of these pursuits come together in Altered Books and Decos.
