Sales:
        Retail only. Orders can be placed via the website or E-mail, we accept PayPal. No minimum orders or quantities are required. Orders cannot be shipped until payment is received.  We ship as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

 Shipping:
       There is never an extra charge for U.S. shipping!  I feel strongly that calculating shipping is an unnecessary nuisance for us both, and have been burned by websites that seem to have low prices and then hammer you with an outrageous shipping charge.  Some items are heavier and bulkier, some are lighter and fit in an envelope—this is all figured into the price charged for the item.  Period. 

Privacy:
       Very simply:  I do not sell or release information about you to anyone, ever! 

Returns:
      Here’s the way I see it: 
                If the item is faulty, such as the clasp breaks or stitching comes unraveled or something is stained or torn, especially if it’s a gift—definitely send it back, and I will sincerely make every effort to make it right.  

               If you got 2 oz. of beads and don’t like them—give them to an artist friend who will.  She’ll enjoy it, you’ll feel generous and we’ll all be happy.
